The supporters of Arrutó AFC booed when Yanda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Johans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Nuxila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herminio Tulio's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. When Flavio Feo fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arrutó AFC's protests and gave Flavio Feo a yellow card for diving instead. Flavio Feo hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Yanda AFC's Pascual Johans shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 19th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bruno Nuxila but with some difficulty. Bruno Nuxila was a little too slow when Herminio Tulio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. Julian Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Nuxila having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Arrutó AFC's zone, Julian Abilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Nuxila came out of the goal and Julian Abilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Juan Egoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severo Platon during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Arrutó AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Severo Platon hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Abilio got free with Bruno Nuxila in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Arrutó AFC's Bruno Nuxila got control of the ball when Mauricio Betadur tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Yanda AFC's Herminio Tulio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bruno Nuxila. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Raul Guillerme made the kick off in the second half. Prospero Ladio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Nicanor Lawrence made a huge save. Mauricio Betadur kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Raul Guillerme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Lawrence having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Guillerme in the 60th minute of play forced Yanda AFC's goalkeeper Nicanor Lawrence to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Arrutó AFC booed when Yanda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Johans didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Mauricio Betadur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yanda AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrutó AFC the free kick. Mauricio Betadur hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Ladio got free with Nicanor Lawrence in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Abilio hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Mauricio Betadur was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 79 played minutes Yanda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Betadur. In the 81st minute, Prospero Ladio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Prospero Ladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicanor Lawrence showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Guillerme in the 86th minute of the match. Nicanor Lawrence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Guillerme in the 89th minute of play. If Flavio Feo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yanda AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
