Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Yala AFC's Jonas Bertran started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Juan Gaizkine fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yala AFC's protests and gave Juan Gaizkine a yellow card for diving instead. Juan Gaizkine hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Isaac Richie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 8 minutes of play, Burruyacú's Isaac Richie made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Nahia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Octavio Ferrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Nahia having to interfere. Lázaro Eliazar charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Eliazar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Yala AFC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Lázaro Eliazar hit a great ball. After 14 played minutes, Burruyacú's Pascual Teodor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulo Nahia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Burruyacú reached it. Lázaro Eliazar got his second yellow card in the match during the 20th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Lázaro Eliazar kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, David Marko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yala AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but David Marko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Efraim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the game, Jonas Bertran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yala AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burruyacú the free kick. In the 34th minute Isaac Richie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Nahia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Octavio Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Laureano Hanot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Burruyacú's Isaac Richie fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Paulo Nahia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaac Richie went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After the first half Burruyacú were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Yala AFC's zone, Octavio Ferrando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Nahia came out of the goal and Octavio Ferrando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octavio Ferrando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Paulo Nahia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Octavio Ferrando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Paulo Nahia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Isaac Richie came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Burruyacú fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Richie couldn't finish the play. Burruyacú's Esteban Efraim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Marko in the 72nd minute of play. Isaac Richie received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paulo Nahia came out and tried to block the shot, but Isaac Richie slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 80th minute. Isaac Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Nahia having to interfere. Jonas Bertran kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Octavio Ferrando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Paulo Nahia made a huge save. David Marko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Marko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban Efraim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The Yala AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Burruyacú's performance. The match ended with a win for Burruyacú.
