Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Desiderio Quin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Atilano Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Quilino in the 11th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Catriel got a freekick which was hit by Igor Frederik. Cristian Rufo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Atilano Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Galsino acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 21st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Leon Joey. Alonzo Quilino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Atilano Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Quilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Remecó AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Rufo came free, but Atilano Pierres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atilano Pierres came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Catriel's Alonzo Quilino. But to his dismay, Alonzo Quilino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Remecó AFC's Desiderio Quin in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catriel's goalie prevented a goal. If Norberto Breogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Catriel's Jonathan Rozarius got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Damaso Perutxo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Marcos Galsino made a huge save. A collision led to Remecó AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Paulo Neto hit a great ball. After the first half Catriel were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cristian Rufo made the kick off in the second half. When Alonzo Quilino came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Catriel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Quilino couldn't finish the play. After 55 played minutes Catriel got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Quilino. Cristian Rufo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Quin in the 66th minute of play forced Catriel's goalkeeper Marcos Galsino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Catriel getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Rigoberto Azeari hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Igor Frederik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Galsino came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Remecó AFC's Jorge Izel. But to his dismay, Jorge Izel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Cristian Rufo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcos Galsino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Izel in the 95th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
