Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Andres Aballe got the match started through his kick off. Saturnino Salvator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Pirro having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Huaitiquina's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Gerazan came free, but Ladislao Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Aballe struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Ladislao Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zárate AFC. Huaitiquina's Ladislao Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Gerazan in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Zárate AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Cordarrel came free, but Victor Pirro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Romulo Gerazan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Huaitiquina's Ladislao Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Aballe in the 26th minute of play. Ladislao Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Gerazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Ladislao Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Aballe in the 33rd minute of play. Andres Aballe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Marco Cordarrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Cordarrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Victor Pirro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Marco Cordarrel made the kick off in the second half. Saturnino Salvator struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Distiratsu during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zárate AFC! The referee gave Huaitiquina a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rosendo Urtsin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Zárate AFC's Victor Pirro. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Huaitiquina's zone, Romulo Gerazan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislao Marques came out of the goal and Romulo Gerazan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute Andres Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Aballe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ladislao Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A well placed Andres Aballe short distance shot in the 74th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. In the 79th minute, Horacio Urdaspal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Marco Cordarrel came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Huaitiquina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Cordarrel couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Huaitiquina's Emilio Ibon got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Andres Aballe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Aballe in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislao Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ladislao Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romulo Gerazan in the 93rd minute.
