Carmelo Elija took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Gerazan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Casimiro Gerazan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salazar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Epifanio Medardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Matei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Teofilo Petrigai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carmelo Elija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Gerazan in the 21st minute of the match. Salazar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Angelino Matei scored to the left of an out of position Epifanio Medardo, making the score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelino Matei in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Medardo saved Salazar from getting behind. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Casimiro Gerazan sped through Ulapes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carmelo Elija. When Angelino Matei came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ulapes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelino Matei couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
In the 56th minute Efrain Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Medardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Salazar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Dominic to maneuver through the defense. Fabio Otsando hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Bernardo Palben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th match minute, Ulapes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Valiente to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Salazar's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Matei came free, but Epifanio Medardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efrain Matteo took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Medardo. Epifanio Medardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When Salazar's Casimiro Gerazan in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ulapes's goalie prevented a goal. Salazar's Bernardo Palben got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramiro Cordeiro hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Epifanio Medardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Efrain Matteo's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Epifanio Medardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Matteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Matteo succeeded in the game's 92nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. Bernardo Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulapes were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Salazar for a fine match.
