Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Victoria 's Tobias Bernad started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Agustin Michael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Bernad in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Godoy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Burutzagi to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Ricardo Burutzagi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Godoy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Victoria the free kick. After a rather tough play, Godoy's Ricardo Burutzagi got a free kick in the 12th minute. If Ricardo Burutzagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Michael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Bernad in the 18th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Zeledon Sotero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Godoy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Victoria the free kick. After a rather tough play, Godoy's Zeledon Sotero got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Lázaro Cesario came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Victoria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Cesario couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute Lázaro Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Michael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Tobias Bernad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Victoria 's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Bernad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agustin Michael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 33 minutes of play, Victoria 's Lázaro Cesario made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Agustin Michael was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobias Bernad in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustin Michael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute, Placido Bartoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lázaro Cesario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute Claudio Alonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Michael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramon Medero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Godoy's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Bernad came free, but Agustin Michael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Cesario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Godoy getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Zeledon Sotero hit a great ball. If Ramon Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Medero in the 68th minute of play forced Victoria 's goalkeeper Fermin Intxixu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godoy's Agustin Michael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Godoy from getting a goal against them. Agustin Michael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Bernad in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, Godoy's Agustin Michael got control of the ball when Hermengildo Christobal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Agustin Michael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Bernad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Bernad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Michael read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Placido Bartoli kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Victoria 's Cornelio Orkatz tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Victoria 's Luisito Chumo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 91st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Agustin Michael but with some difficulty. Godoy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tobias Bernad 94 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. The Godoy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Victoria 's performance. The match ended with a win for Victoria .
