Arsenio Montrelle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Severiano Flores sped through Nikizanga AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roque Oriche. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Feliberto Beltran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nikizanga AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Beltran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Vincente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliberto Beltran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Beltran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Maximo Vincente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Nikizanga AFC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. 55 minutes into the match, Nikizanga AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Flores came free, but Roque Oriche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Vincente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Monsalvo AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Melquiades Jerano hit a great ball. If Arsenio Montrelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Monsalvo AFC's Melquiades Jerano got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Arsenio Montrelle struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Maximo Vincente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nikizanga AFC. Roque Oriche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Flores, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Montrelle in the 73rd minute of play forced Monsalvo AFC's goalkeeper Maximo Vincente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Monsalvo AFC's Severiano Flores in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
