Santo Frantzes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Tartagal AFC's goalkeeper Santo Frantzes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Oinaz. In the 18th minute, Gerardo Bakar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Gabriel Sidoro in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 21 minutes into the match, Gerardo Bakar notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Apeleg FC's Clodoveo Bernebe. Clodoveo Bernebe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Tartagal AFC's Santo Frantzes got control of the ball when Cristian Oinaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Gabriel Sidoro fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tartagal AFC's protests and gave Gabriel Sidoro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Gabriel Sidoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Sidoro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clodoveo Bernebe having to make a save. When Tartagal AFC's Gerardo Bakar in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Apeleg FC's goalie prevented a goal. Anibal Hori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Bakar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clodoveo Bernebe was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Clodoveo Bernebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Bakar in the 43rd minute of play. After 44 played minutes Apeleg FC got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Abilio.

The wind increased when Gerardo Bakar made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Sidoro got free with Clodoveo Bernebe in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 54 minutes, Gabriel Sidoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tartagal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Sidoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emiliano Austin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Santo Frantzes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 minutes, Anibal Hori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tartagal AFC and the Apeleg FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 minutes of play, Apeleg FC's Cristian Oinaz made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santo Frantzes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th match minute, Apeleg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Laurgain to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th match minute, Apeleg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Emmanuel to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Ovidio Jakes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Haitz hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Tobias Urtsua kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Emiliano Austin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Frantzes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Tartagal AFC's Gerardo Bakar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Clodoveo Bernebe. That made the score 2-3 after 86 minutes of play.
