Ulises Abajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Iruinea having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Cieneguillas got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Ekhi. Cristo Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Ekhi, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When Ulises Abajas came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Rauch FC fans jumped to their feet. Alonzo Pietro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Severo Iruinea made a huge save. In the 60th minute, Teo Aballe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cieneguillas's goalkeeper Severo Iruinea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 63 minutes, Saverio Tulio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cieneguillas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saverio Tulio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
