Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Severo Iruinea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Herauso's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Andres Pietro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Severo Iruinea made a huge save. A collision led to Loreto getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Fabian Herauso hit a great ball. Cieneguillas's Severo Iruinea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Herauso in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Rosendo Ekhi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cieneguillas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Ekhi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With 30 minutes on the clock, Saverio Innocenzio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Andres Pietro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severo Iruinea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of Cieneguillas booed when Loreto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Derwin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saverio Tulio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Orzaize having to interfere. Andres Pietro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Severo Iruinea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Loreto got a freekick which was hit by Andres Pietro. After a good free kick, Andres Pietro got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Cieneguillas. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 54th minute Fabian Herauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Iruinea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Andres Pietro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes Cieneguillas got a freekick which was hit by Astor Pello. Fabian Herauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Cieneguillas's Maximino Gaufred got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 69 played minutes, Loreto's Hector Enekoitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severo Iruinea came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Loreto reached it. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cieneguillas! Fabian Herauso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Iruinea having to interfere. Apolo Dolcet hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Herauso in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severo Iruinea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute, Apolo Dolcet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andres Pietro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Cieneguillas defense, Andres Pietro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severo Iruinea. The Cieneguillas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severo Iruinea should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Loreto were the better team. Loreto's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
