Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roque Unai took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Catúa's zone, Roque Unai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teobaldo Fagondo came out of the goal and Roque Unai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Elvio Eguerdi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 16th match minute, Cervantes AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Artaldo to maneuver through the defense. If Alejo Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Eguerdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Abechuco in the 19th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximo Bartoli in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teobaldo Fagondo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Abechuco in the 24th minute of play forced Cervantes AFC's goalkeeper Elvio Eguerdi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Israel Paulin got free with Elvio Eguerdi in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alejo Abechuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Elvio Eguerdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejo Abechuco to make the kick off. Catúa's Teobaldo Fagondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Artaldo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute of the match Cervantes AFC got a corner. Catúa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cirilo Bernal ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 64th minute, Maximo Bartoli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maximo Bartoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Teobaldo Fagondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Israel Paulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Eguerdi having to interfere. If Roque Unai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 minutes, Maximo Bartoli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cervantes AFC and the Catúa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximo Bartoli hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Catúa had won after a very even match.
