The crowd rose to their feet as Ernesto Pirmin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romeo Mazuste. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Guido Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Gaur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Sarmiento AFC's goalkeeper Romeo Mazuste had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Pirmin. Romeo Mazuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Chinto in the 27th minute of play. Sarmiento AFC's Feliciano Panfilo got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rdth minute of the game Ernesto Pirmin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarmiento AFC's Romeo Mazuste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Pablo Mouricio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sarmiento AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Floresta FC the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Sarmiento AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Mouricio to maneuver through the defense. Floresta FC's Eustacio Ranolfo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sarmiento AFC. If Ernesto Pirmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Saverio Gaur made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Sarmiento AFC's Saverio Gaur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guido Batista narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Saverio Gaur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Feliciano Panfilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Batista having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Floresta FC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Txeru. After a rather tough play, Floresta FC's Guillermo Abaurre got a free kick in the 64th minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Sarmiento AFC's Saverio Gaur in the 74th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Guido Batista was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Floresta FC through an amazing save. Feliciano Panfilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gervasio Cerilo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Victorio Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute of the match Eustacio Ranolfo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romeo Mazuste showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 91st match minute, Sarmiento AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Neto to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Ernesto Pirmin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Mazuste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saverio Gaur in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guido Batista saved Floresta FC from getting behind. Saverio Gaur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Guido Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Floresta FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sarmiento AFC for a fine match.
