Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Perdido's Leonel Jerrald started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Leonel Jerrald cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Emilio Ireno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Leonel Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th match minute, Perdido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Urti to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute of the match, Feliberto Nel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joaquin Felipillo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Geronimo Artizar came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Emita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geronimo Artizar couldn't finish the play. Marcos Opilano hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Joaquin Felipillo had great luck who in the 28thth minute grab hold of the ball when Feliberto Nel from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The supporters of Emita FC booed when Perdido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Opilano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lázaro Urti kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Joaquin Felipillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geronimo Artizar in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Perdido's goalkeeper Joaquin Felipillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geronimo Artizar. The crowd rose to their feet as Feliberto Nel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Felipillo. That made the score 1-1 in the 47 minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Feliberto Nel to make the kick off. Leonel Jerrald struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Emilio Ireno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perdido. If Erubiel Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 62 minutes, Geronimo Artizar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Artizar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilio Ireno made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Erubiel Hug sent off a good shot on target. Feliberto Nel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emita FC's Humberto Maidana was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Felipillo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Geronimo Artizar came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Emita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geronimo Artizar couldn't finish the play. Joaquin Felipillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Artizar in the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Geronimo Artizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Artizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Felipillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliberto Nel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Felipillo having to interfere. Feliberto Nel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Joaquin Felipillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute Leonel Jerrald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Ireno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliberto Nel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonel Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Emilio Ireno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Perdido succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Emita FC had controlled the match.
