Tobias Pietro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Corderro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Abella having to interfere. Sergio Dimas came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Cejolao's Tobias Pietro. But to his dismay, Tobias Pietro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Emiliano Sotil's late challenge caught a Cejolao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emiliano Sotil helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Carmen AFC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Emiliano Sotil hit a great ball. Laureano Meder, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Tobias Pietro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 played minutes Carmen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Sotil. Tobias Pietro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Dimas having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Isaias Sol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carmen AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cejolao the free kick. Isaias Sol kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Cejolao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Viviano to maneuver through the defense. Arsenio Froylan struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Sergio Dimas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cejolao. Sergio Dimas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Froylan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arsenio Froylan made a kick off. Isaias Sol kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Tobias Pietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Dimas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Corderro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Abella having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Corderro in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saverio Abella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71st minute, Tobias Pietro made a precise shot to the right of Sergio Dimas. Carmen AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. A collision led to Carmen AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Aquiles Mercurio hit a great ball. After 75 minutes, Arsenio Froylan made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Carmen AFC's Sergio Dimas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alejo Hitzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Cejolao's Arsenio Froylan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cejolao had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
