When Carlos Llorenc fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Progreso FC's protests and gave Carlos Llorenc a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Progreso FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Carlos Llorenc hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Progreso FC's Orlando Lucero got a free kick in the 9th minute. After a rather tough play, Progreso FC's Severiano Araoz got a free kick in the 11th minute. Elias Godoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Telmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Orlando Lucero charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlando Lucero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Louge AFC booed when Progreso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Lucero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elias Godoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugenio Telmo's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Nicolas Satordi made a precise shot to the right of Elias Godoy. Progreso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Candido Chus notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Louge AFC's Fabian Ixona. Fabian Ixona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Arturo Bermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Candido Chus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Ixona having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Nicolas Satordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Louge AFC's Fabian Ixona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Louge AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 33rdth minute of the game Arturo Bermudo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Louge AFC's Fabian Ixona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fulgencio Lonzo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Lucas Lohitzun took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elias Godoy. Progreso FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eugenio Telmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Arturo Bermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Progreso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Bermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Ixona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 52nd minute, Candido Chus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elias Godoy made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Aquiles Firmin sent off a good shot on target. 59 minutes into the match, Louge AFC's Aquiles Firmin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elias Godoy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Candido Chus notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Louge AFC's Fabian Ixona. Fabian Ixona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabian Ixona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Chus in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Eugenio Telmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Progreso FC's Elias Godoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Telmo in the 69th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arturo Bermudo in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Ixona saved Louge AFC from getting behind. Elias Godoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Telmo in the 82nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramon Ekhi during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Progreso FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Louge AFC:s goal. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Eugenio Telmo took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Elias Godoy to make any attempt to save it. The Louge AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
