Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Venancio's Javier Nalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roque Lizar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pocitos FC's Nunez Calixto got a free kick in the 5th minute. Santo Jaen scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roque Lizar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute Santo Jaen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Lizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Venancio's Santo Jaen in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pocitos FC's goalie prevented a goal. Roque Lizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Pocitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Jaen came free, but Roque Lizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pocitos FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Nunez Calixto hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match Luciano Goi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Lizar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Amador Caton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pocitos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venancio the free kick. Santo Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pocitos FC's Roque Lizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Nalo in the 27th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Aquiles Eriz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victorino Cefero's late challenge caught a Venancio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victorino Cefero helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pocitos FC! In the 45th minute there was a penalty for Venancio. Luciano Goi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roque Lizar. 0-2. If Santo Jaen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 56thth minute of the game Guaberto Selmo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venancio's Leandro Argi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pocitos FC's zone, Javier Nalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Lizar came out of the goal and Javier Nalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Silvestre Fero came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Venancio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvestre Fero couldn't finish the play. Roque Lizar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Javier Nalo in the 61st minute. In the 63rd match minute, Venancio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Juvenal to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Venancio's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Selmo came free, but Leandro Argi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Eriz might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Argi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aquiles Eriz ran back to his position shaking his head. Guaberto Selmo took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Argi. Leandro Argi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Amador Caton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingos Juvenal during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venancio! In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Pocitos FC. Oscar Firme stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leandro Argi. 2-2. Guaberto Selmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Leandro Argi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Pocitos FC's Roque Lizar got control of the ball when Javier Nalo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
