Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ciro Elazar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute, Gonzalo Gaxan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Berasko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Joel Leocadio fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Motoque's protests and gave Joel Leocadio a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Motoque! In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Huaco FC. Silverio Ganix stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gualterio Amaya. 1-0. In the 11th minute, Severino Berasko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nestor Joseph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gualterio Amaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonzalo Gaxan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Geronimo Luke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Gonzalo Gaxan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Mincho was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. The supporters of Motoque booed when Huaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Oroitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Berasko in the 31st minute of play forced Motoque's goalkeeper Gualterio Amaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Tadeo Sesuldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gualterio Amaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Berasko in the 33rd minute of play. Motoque's Gualterio Amaya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Motoque from getting a goal against them. Motoque's Geronimo Luke got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Ezequiel Diegotxe fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Motoque's Edgardo Argider shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 57th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Herminio Mincho but with some difficulty. If Severino Berasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 89th minute of the match Ezequiel Diegotxe completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ezequiel Diegotxe a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. If Ciro Elazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Motoque's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
