Isidoro Loi started the match with the kick off. Florencio Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Roberto Ibar fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cieneguita FC's protests and gave Roberto Ibar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Cieneguita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Ibar to maneuver through the defense. Saverio Chabier kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Cieneguita FC got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Chabier. Arnulfo Erramun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Gelacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Manantial getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Rafael Faron hit a great ball. Rafael Faron hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Rigoberto Enetz charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rigoberto Enetz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Cieneguita FC got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Enetz. 39 minutes in the game, Florencio Gelacio dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Florencio Gelacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Arnulfo Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florencio Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnulfo Erramun came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Cieneguita FC's Florencio Gelacio. But to his dismay, Florencio Gelacio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florencio Gelacio was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute of the match Rosendo Porfiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnulfo Erramun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hilario Gabirel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, Manantial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Loi to maneuver through the defense. Hilario Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Arnulfo Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Erramun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Gelacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Florencio Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Hilario Gabirel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Erramun didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Cieneguita FC played a much better game than Manantial and deserved their victory. The Manantial players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
