In the 12th match minute, Patay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Etxepare to maneuver through the defense. Bartolo Gudesteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Eustacio Bikendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Trilí FC's Omar Weather got a free kick in the 17th minute. Reynaldo Laurgain succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Bernardino Weather struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Norberto Ponc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trilí FC. When Trilí FC's Bernardino Weather in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Patay's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reynaldo Laurgain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eustacio Bikendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Laurgain, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Trilí FC's zone, Reynaldo Laurgain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustacio Bikendi came out of the goal and Reynaldo Laurgain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardino Weather sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norberto Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Weather, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Laurgain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Patay were victorious despite being under pressure from Trilí FC for much of the match.
