After 2 minutes, David Gagriel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coig and the Vinchina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Coig got a freekick which was hit by David Gagriel. Evelio Ramond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Argoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Arturo Emeterio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for David Ganix to make any attempt to save it. In the 14th minute Arturo Emeterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Ganix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Ganix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Emeterio in the 15th minute of the match. Alfredo Argoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Argoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Ramond having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Coig's zone, Alfredo Argoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Ramond came out of the goal and Alfredo Argoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cecilio Harri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Emeterio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Ganix read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Emeterio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Sebastian Quintana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coig's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Quintana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Argoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Quintana in the 61st minute of play forced Vinchina FC's goalkeeper David Ganix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Sebastian Quintana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Ganix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alfredo Argoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Argoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evelio Ramond was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After 79 played minutes Vinchina FC got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Harri. Coig's Evelio Ramond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Argoitz in the 88th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Evelio Ramond successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Coig's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
