Severino Bertran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Rivero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Orlando Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Betadur in the 51st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Lartigau FC's Rafael Betadur got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Ladislao Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Orlando Chepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Rivero in the 62nd minute of play forced Etruria AFC's goalkeeper Severino Bertran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lartigau FC's Silvestre Rivero pulled a muscle in his back after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After a rather tough play, Etruria AFC's Blas Raebert got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Aaron Betadur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes Etruria AFC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Ignatius. Roque Botello, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ladislao Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gentza in the 94th minute of play forced Etruria AFC's goalkeeper Severino Bertran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Joel Gentza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lartigau FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gentza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
