Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Benjamin Hanot got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Dumesnil FC got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Demario. Rene Beturian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Urtats having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Severino Opilano made a precise shot to the right of Octavio Cordaryal. Dumesnil FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Hector Romildo fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dumesnil FC's protests and gave Hector Romildo a yellow card for diving instead. Hector Romildo kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Stephenson FC. Leo Mogel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Octavio Cordaryal. 1-2. 36 minutes into the match, Stephenson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Hanot came free, but Cosme Urtats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Ernesto Frechoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes Dumesnil FC got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Demario. Wilfredo James struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Octavio Cordaryal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stephenson FC. Octavio Cordaryal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Opilano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Severino Opilano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stephenson FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilfredo James was the one to do the kick off. Severino Opilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Cordaryal having to interfere. Octavio Cordaryal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo James in the 70th minute of the match. After 72 minutes of play, Dumesnil FC's Rene Beturian made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosme Urtats was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes in the game, Wilfredo James fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Octavio Cordaryal having to interfere. Octavio Cordaryal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo James in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dumesnil FC's goalkeeper Octavio Cordaryal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86th minute Benjamin Hanot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Cordaryal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo James, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Cosme Urtats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Beturian in the 95th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Stephenson FC's Wilfredo James sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Octavio Cordaryal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Stephenson FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Stephenson FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
