Hickmann's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huanchilla FC the free kick. In the 30th minute, Vicente Tirso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filomeno Dayam made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Pedro Juvenal sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Juvenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Filomeno Dayam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Tirso kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Pedro Juvenal struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Filomeno Dayam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huanchilla FC. Prospero Savier charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prospero Savier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45thth minute of the game Damaso Iratzeder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huanchilla FC's Luciano Bras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luciano Bras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Teyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timoteo Modestio made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Timoteo Modestio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hickmann's Filomeno Dayam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Timoteo Modestio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filomeno Dayam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Antonio Teyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hickmann's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Teyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Prospero Savier was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. In the 88th match minute, Huanchilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Savier to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Jesus Maule got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Huanchilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Iratzeder came free, but Luciano Bras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96 minutes, Timoteo Modestio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huanchilla FC and the Hickmann players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hickmann booed when Huanchilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Modestio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Iratzeder in the 97th minute of play forced Huanchilla FC's goalkeeper Luciano Bras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
