In the 13th minute, Mayo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aristides Columbo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Federico Etor did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Humberto Bermudez 15 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute of the match Alejandro Patxi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Humberto Bermudez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jesus Baleren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Estebe in the 23rd minute of the match. Marco Papo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ranchillos's Jesus Baleren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Papo in the 32nd minute of play. Jesus Baleren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Kiliz in the 34th minute of play. After 36 minutes, Humberto Estebe made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ranchillos's Jesus Baleren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Humberto Estebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Baleren having to interfere. Mayo's Humberto Bermudez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Columbo in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, Federico Etor notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Mayo's Humberto Bermudez. Humberto Bermudez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Humberto Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Etor in the 58th minute of play forced Mayo's goalkeeper Humberto Bermudez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Humberto Estebe scored 3-3 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesus Baleren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute, Oscar Bide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesus Baleren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Papo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Baleren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Papo in the 91st minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
