After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Joaquin Primo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fabiano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquin Primo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Serafo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Munio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvestre Lauren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Fabiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Bide. But to his dismay, Ernesto Lekubegi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Munio in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvestre Lauren saved Fabiano FC from getting behind. The Fabiano FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tacurales FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Serafo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ernesto Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvestre Lauren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Munio, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 66 played minutes Fabiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Ugutz. After having played for 71 minutes, Ernesto Lekubegi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacurales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Lekubegi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th match minute, Fabiano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Ugutz to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Munio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ernesto Lekubegi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Silvestre Lauren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leo Serafo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Jago having to interfere. Elpidio Jago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquin Primo's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Gaspar Ugutz kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Tacurales FC's Mariano Munio in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fabiano FC's goalie prevented a goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
