Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benedicto Jurdan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gogo Teofilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Estevez having to make a save. Felix Garikoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Medero in the 15th minute of the match. Gogo Teofilio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 21st playminute. In the 24th minute, Palermo's Bartolo Horado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Felix Garikoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Medero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Chap hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Gogo Teofilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustaquio Estevez having to make a save. 33 minutes into the game, Benedicto Jurdan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Felix Garikoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benedicto Jurdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Felix Garikoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Colangüil FC's Ramiro Medero in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palermo's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Ramiro Medero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colangüil FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Medero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Garikoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bartolo Horado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eustaquio Estevez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Teofilio in the 57th minute of play. Felix Garikoitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramiro Medero in the 59th minute. If Gogo Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Colangüil FC's zone, Gogo Teofilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Estevez came out of the goal and Gogo Teofilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Bartolo Horado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eustaquio Estevez was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Benedicto Jurdan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Horado in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustaquio Estevez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Bartolo Horado came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Horado couldn't finish the play. Eustaquio Estevez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Horado in the 88th minute of play. Gogo Teofilio might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustaquio Estevez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gogo Teofilio ran back to his position shaking his head. Eustaquio Estevez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Horado in the 91st minute of play. Eustaquio Estevez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Teofilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th match minute, Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Roderigo to maneuver through the defense.
