Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute, Omar Sansone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogelio Abarca was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jairo Lehoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Rafel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Hegoi in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Ombú's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Rafel came free, but Jairo Lehoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustaquio Silban hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Omar Sansone charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Omar Sansone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Ombú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Sansone to maneuver through the defense. Astor Urbez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Selva's Abelardo Rafel in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ombú's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Ombú's Omar Sansone got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Ciriaco Sabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Selva's Rogelio Abarca got control of the ball when Ciriaco Sabino tried to sneak it across the goal line.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severo Lauren to make the kick off. Selva's Severo Lauren got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Abelardo Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Anselmo Colas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Hegoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Raimundo Hegoi came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Ombú fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Hegoi couldn't finish the play. Ciriaco Sabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Abarca having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Ombú's Raimundo Hegoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rogelio Abarca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ciriaco Sabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Abarca having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Raimundo Hegoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Selva's Rogelio Abarca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ombú's Raimundo Hegoi in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Selva's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Severo Lauren sped through Ombú's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jairo Lehoi. Selva's Anselmo Colas got his second yellow card of the match in the 99th minute. The referee ordered Anselmo Colas off the ground. A collision led to Selva getting a freekick after 100 minutes play. Anselmo Colas hit a great ball. In the 101st match minute, Selva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Lauren to maneuver through the defense. Benedicto Aguilera was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 102nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ombú fans cheered their team off the field, for while Selva had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
