Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Arsenio Txurio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ubaldo Cordara hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Arsenio Txurio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Alfredo Dorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ubaldo Cordara was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 15 minutes had been played. A collision led to Vespucio getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ubaldo Cordara hit a great ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Guaberto Sayveon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vespucio's Desiderio Papo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rogelio Rey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Martxelin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Desiderio Papo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Rogelio Rey got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfredo Dorio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Bayauca's zone, Rogelio Rey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredo Dorio came out of the goal and Rogelio Rey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 minutes, Guaberto Sayveon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bayauca and the Vespucio players grew even worse after the yellow card. Desiderio Papo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Sayveon, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes Vespucio's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filomeno Gutxi who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Bayauca's Damaso Oliverios to fire away a dangerous shot which Desiderio Papo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Bayauca's Guaberto Sayveon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Desiderio Papo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rogelio Rey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Alfredo Dorio made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Marcos Martxelin made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Rey in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredo Dorio saved Bayauca from getting behind. Desiderio Papo made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Guaberto Sayveon sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Desiderio Papo managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Bayauca's Guaberto Sayveon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Marcos Martxelin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Desiderio Papo was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. If Marcos Martxelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bayauca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vespucio the free kick. The supporters of Vespucio booed when Bayauca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Viviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arsenio Txurio charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Txurio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Arsenio Txurio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Rey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
