With a little luck, Lobería AFC's Eliseo Montez got control of the ball when Melquiades Resto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th minute Simon Bilintx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Crispo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Nicasio Amor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliseo Montez was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Siro Maraman charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
