After 2 minutes, Enrique Ruisko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Languileo AFC and the Graneros AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Languileo AFC's Enrique Ruisko got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A collision led to Graneros AFC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Lucas Santio hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramon Peyo during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramon Peyo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 7 played minutes Graneros AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Ignazio. From close distance Nicanor Gaxan pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 12 minutes into the game. Ramiro Gomesano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Natanael, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Natanael in the 21st minute of play forced Graneros AFC's goalkeeper Ramiro Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Languileo AFC's Alfredo Lamberto got control of the ball when Nicanor Gaxan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Prudencio Natanael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Gomesano having to interfere. Fernando Maldonado kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Languileo AFC's Alfredo Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Santio in the 32nd minute of play. Lucas Santio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Lamberto having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Urbano Jordy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Lamberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Santio in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Nicanor Gaxan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Lamberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Eulalio Chuan lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 47 minutes into the game, one of Graneros AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prudencio Natanael to make the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Languileo AFC's Prudencio Natanael sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramiro Gomesano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Prudencio Natanael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Ramiro Gomesano managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Languileo AFC's Jeremias Urtun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 67th minute Prudencio Natanael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Gomesano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Jeremias Urtun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urbano Jordy struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Ramiro Gomesano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Languileo AFC. Ramon Peyo kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Prudencio Natanael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Gomesano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Gomesano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Natanael, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Jeremias Urtun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Maties sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
