Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Gallegos AFC's Cecilio Godoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Mateus in the 73rd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Gallegos AFC's goalkeeper Cecilio Godoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Opilano. Atilano Martino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rene Txeru. Helvecia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gallegos AFC's Celestino Francho got a free kick in the 89th minute. Rene Txeru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Goi in the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Gallegos AFC booed when Helvecia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Maraman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute of the match Celestino Francho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rene Txeru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
