The supporters of Acheral booed when Luzuriaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. After a rather tough play, Acheral's Anibal Curcio got a free kick in the 13th minute. Alonzo Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Jokin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Selmo in the 24th minute of play. Nicolas Fernendos short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Serafin Paio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cirilo Soin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Jokin having to interfere. Marcos Gelacio kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Luzuriaga's Hernan Jokin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Selmo in the 63rd minute of play. When Domingo Selmo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Acheral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Selmo couldn't finish the play. Cirilo Soin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Jokin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Luzuriaga's zone, Cirilo Soin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Jokin came out of the goal and Cirilo Soin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Acheral's Cirilo Soin got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas Fernendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Paio having to interfere. Hernan Jokin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Selmo in the 80th minute of play. Cirilo Soin struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Luzuriaga were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Acheral's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jacinto Gaztea took the corner. The Luzuriaga fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Acheral were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
