Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Evelio Furman made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the match, Cajas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Furman came free, but Maximino Iban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Evelio Furman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Baleren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Flavio Victoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14thth minute of the game Evelio Furman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cajas AFC's Maximino Iban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Evelio Furman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Iban was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Enrique Ferdinand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cajas AFC's Daniel Baleren got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Frasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cajas AFC booed when Irene FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Tab didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Baleren in the 30th minute of play forced Irene FC's goalkeeper Flavio Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Frasco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Victoro having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Baleren in the 35th minute of play forced Irene FC's goalkeeper Flavio Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Frasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Flavio Victoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Victoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Baleren in the 38th minute of the match. Maximino Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Furman in the 42nd minute of the match. Evelio Furman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Iban read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Enrique Ferdinands short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Maximino Iban to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Enrique Ferdinand came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Irene FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Ferdinand couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Baleren was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Fabian Frasco sped through Irene FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Flavio Victoro. Irene FC's Flavio Victoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Baleren in the 60th minute of play. Maximino Iban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Ferdinand in the 69th minute of play. Cosme Itzaina charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cosme Itzaina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Cajas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Itzaina. Enrique Ferdinand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximino Iban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Furman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Ferdinand in the 82nd minute of the match. 1-2 became the score in the 85th minute when Daniel Baleren elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Enrique Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Maximino Iban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cosme Itzaina hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute of the match Eugenio Diegotxe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximino Iban skillfully saved the ball. The Cajas AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cajas AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
