Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Feliberto Dabi started the match with the kick off. Feliberto Dabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Algarrobo's zone, Edelmiro Bermudo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Florian came out of the goal and Edelmiro Bermudo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the game, Gerardo Isidor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barracas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Algarrobo the free kick. In the 16th match minute, Barracas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Isidor to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Algarrobo's Flavio Nuñez tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Jeronimo Llope ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benedicto Eate was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Evelio Florian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edelmiro Bermudo's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Edelmiro Bermudo scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evelio Florian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Godofredo Fernado was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Benedicto Eate acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vinicio Lekubegi. The supporters of Barracas FC booed when Algarrobo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Pirmin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silverio Mero to strike the kick off in the second half. Evelio Florian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edelmiro Bermudo went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 56 minutes, Feliberto Dabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Algarrobo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Dabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, Silverio Mero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedicto Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Dabi in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Jeronimo Llope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Edelmiro Bermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barracas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Bermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Florian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute, Edelmiro Bermudo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
