Christian Bastian charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Bastian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Arrocera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Bastian to maneuver through the defense. Silvano Frantzes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Julio Bertol skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julio Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Bartoleme in the 11th minute of the match. Húsares AFC's Leo Suero got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Silvano Frantzes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leo Suero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jaime Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Arrocera FC's zone, Carmelo Gartzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Firme came out of the goal and Carmelo Gartzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Suero in the 26th minute of play forced Arrocera FC's goalkeeper Jaime Firme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Frantzes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Bertol having to interfere. Carmelo Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jaime Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Bastian in the 41st minute of play forced Húsares AFC's goalkeeper Julio Bertol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cirilo Tercero fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Húsares AFC's protests and gave Cirilo Tercero a yellow card for diving instead. Silvano Frantzes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Julio Bertol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Húsares AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Bartoleme came free, but Julio Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After a defensive mix-up in Húsares AFC's zone, Paolo Bartoleme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Bertol came out of the goal and Paolo Bartoleme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 56 minutes into the match, Paolo Bartoleme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Bertol. Húsares AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paolo Bartoleme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 67 minutes into the match, Húsares AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Bartoleme came free, but Julio Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Suero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Firme having to interfere. Carmelo Gartzi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 75th playminute. Carmelo Gartzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Jaime Firme made a huge save. With a little luck, Arrocera FC's Jaime Firme got control of the ball when Carmelo Gartzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute Leo Suero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Firme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arrocera FC's Jaime Firme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Suero in the 92nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Carmelo Gartzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Húsares AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Gartzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Firme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leo Suero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaime Firme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
