Erasmo Errapel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Juan Ruy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Carnerito booed when Tacuaral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Enaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Ruy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Jerardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Samuel Jerardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Ruy having to interfere. A collision led to Tacuaral getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Matias Inautzi hit a great ball. Samuel Jerardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Juan Ruy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Polentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tacuaral's Juan Ruy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Polentzi in the 22nd minute of play. Hugo Barbosa came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Tacuaral's Alfredo Elia. But to his dismay, Alfredo Elia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Carnerito's Hugo Barbosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Carnerito from getting a goal against them. Lorenzo Goi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tacuaral's Lorenzo Goi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 41st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 53rd minute, Carolo Polentzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Ruy was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Jerardo in the 56th minute of play forced Tacuaral's goalkeeper Juan Ruy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Jerardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Ruy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tacuaral's Marcos Leoncio got a free kick in the 59th minute. A long shot from Jose Mitxaut in the 60th minute of play was well struck, but Juan Ruy made a really good save at the right post. Carolo Polentzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Jerardo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Juan Ruy didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Carnerito's Samuel Jerardo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 72nd minute, Alfredo Elia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Carnerito's zone, Alfredo Elia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Barbosa came out of the goal and Alfredo Elia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Goi in the 77th minute of play forced Carnerito's goalkeeper Hugo Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Samuel Jerardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juan Ruy. That made the score 3-3 in the 87 minute of play. Carolo Polentzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Juan Ruy made a huge save. When Samuel Jerardo came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Carnerito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Jerardo couldn't finish the play. Tacuaral succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Carnerito had controlled the match.
