Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carolo Raymundo took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Higinio Giraldo in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Enetz saved Chalanta from getting behind. 9 minutes into the game, Escalante's Vinicio Vito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severino Enetz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Vinicio Vito made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 16thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Severino Enetz would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Vinicio Vito's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Severino Enetz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eleuterio Manex charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Manex the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chalanta getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Eleuterio Manex hit a great ball. If Higinio Giraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Ferrer during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emilio Abar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Raymundo in the 39th minute of the match. Emilio Abar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Abechuco in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

55 minutes into the match, Chalanta's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Vito came free, but Severino Enetz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 played minutes Chalanta got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Raymundo. Isaias Bieito kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Chalanta's Severino Enetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Dolfo in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Chalanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Ferrer to maneuver through the defense. Baldomiro Abechuco struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Emilio Abar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chalanta. Vinicio Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Severino Enetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geronimo Irrintzi kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Escalante got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Gaueko. Carolo Raymundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Emilio Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vinicio Vito came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Escalante fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinicio Vito couldn't finish the play. Chalanta's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
