Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arsenio Birjaio took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Gervasio Etxeberri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gaimán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maravilla the free kick. A collision led to Gaimán getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Gervasio Etxeberri hit a great ball. In the 7th minute, Arsenio Birjaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonas Caton charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonas Caton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonas Caton hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Denis Sal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Arsenio Birjaio came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Maravilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arsenio Birjaio couldn't finish the play. Denis Sal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Fernan Bartolome tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute Arsenio Birjaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernan Bartolome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernan Bartolome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Birjaio in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maravilla's goalkeeper Bernardino Sustrai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 28 minutes, Freddy Quintin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaimán and the Maravilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, one of Gaimán:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gaimán. Fernan Bartolome came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Maravilla's Leopoldo Oinatz. But to his dismay, Leopoldo Oinatz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 33 minutes into the game, Everardo Bernebe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gaimán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maravilla the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Everardo Bernebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopoldo Oinatz, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Arsenio Birjaio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 44th minute, Jeremias Quinten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maravilla's Arsenio Birjaio got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

61 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Ellande came free, but Bernardino Sustrai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Sustrai didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 69th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Ermegildo Ellande was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. Gaimán's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 80th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Urtun to maneuver through the defense. Bernardino Sustrai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Ellande in the 83rd minute of the match. Gaimán's Gervasio Etxeberri got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Maravilla's zone, Gervasio Etxeberri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Sustrai came out of the goal and Gervasio Etxeberri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ermegildo Ellande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
