Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gonzalo Cordarell started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Guido Tercero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colastiné and the Mattaldi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Colastiné's Guido Tercero got a free kick in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Adrian Salvino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mattaldi's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Salvino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Ilixo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adrian Salvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Ilixo having to interfere. Guido Tercero hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Venancio Firmo scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Txilar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Venancio Firmo might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Txilar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Venancio Firmo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Mattaldi's Florentino Rencio got a free kick in the 21st minute. David Txilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Cordarell in the 22nd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Mattaldi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Colastiné:s goal. Mattaldi:s David Txilar showed great skill when he stopped Mauro Ishmael:s penalty. Humberto Ordono's late challenge caught a Mattaldi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Humberto Ordono helped the player get up and apologised. 39 minutes into the game, one of Colastiné:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 42nd minute there was a penalty for Mattaldi. Damian Gorbea stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abelardo Ilixo. 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Robustiano Vidal made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Firmo in the 53rd minute of play forced Mattaldi's goalkeeper David Txilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colastiné's Venancio Firmo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Cordarell in the 59th minute of play forced Mattaldi's goalkeeper David Txilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venancio Firmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With splendid footwork Adrian Salvino arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-3 by the left pole in the game's 62nd minute. Mattaldi's Robustiano Vidal got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Arsenio Pagomari had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 72 played minutes Mattaldi got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Rencio. During the 74th minute of the match Florentino Rencio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Florentino Rencio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 74th minute, Florentino Rencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venancio Firmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Colastiné fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Mattaldi. Damian Gorbea stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abelardo Ilixo. 1-4. The supporters of Colastiné booed when Mattaldi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteve Gizon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Colastiné's Venancio Firmo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Txilar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. When Venancio Firmo came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Colastiné fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Venancio Firmo couldn't finish the play. Robustiano Vidal's late challenge caught a Colastiné's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robustiano Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. Mattaldi's David Txilar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Firmo in the 98th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mattaldi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
