The supporters of Jubileo FC booed when Anzulón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Balasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 6 in the game by Jonathan Lauaxeta from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Medero managed to make a qualified save. Anzulón's players were relieved. After 8 minutes of play, Anzulón's Constantino Quintin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Guillen was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the game, Anzulón's Roberto Handi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Guillen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Jubileo FC's Fabio Guillen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Quintin in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Constantino Quintin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Guillen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Paublo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Medero having to make a save. After 29 minutes, Ernesto Frichoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anzulón and the Jubileo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Anzulón's Ernesto Frichoso got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Jonathan Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Anzulón getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Arsenio Balasi hit a great ball. Jonathan Lauaxeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Horacio Paublo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jubileo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Paublo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Medero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Jeronimo Frisco hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jubileo FC's zone, Constantino Quintin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Guillen came out of the goal and Constantino Quintin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Jubileo FC's Santiago Munio got a free kick in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Anzulón's zone, Jonathan Lauaxeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Medero came out of the goal and Jonathan Lauaxeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anzulón's Jonathan Medero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Lauaxeta in the 74th minute of play. Jonathan Medero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Paublo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Fabio Guillen came out of the goal and Constantino Quintin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Jonathan Lauaxeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Medero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Jonathan Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jonathan Medero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jubileo FC's Fabio Guillen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Jubileo FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jonathan Lauaxeta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jubileo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Lauaxeta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Medero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Anzulón's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Lauaxeta came free, but Jonathan Medero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
