Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorge Senio got the match started through his kick off. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Jorge Senio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Israel Loi to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of Juramento:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sarmiento:s goal. When the match had been going on for 12 minutes, Sarmiento's Baldomiro Froila got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Israel Loi. Leonides Acosta struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Albino Gagriel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juramento. After a defensive mix-up in Sarmiento's zone, Eusebio Jobo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Gagriel came out of the goal and Eusebio Jobo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Jorge Senio sped through Juramento's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Israel Loi. 42 minutes into the match, Juramento's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Senio came free, but Israel Loi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusebio Jobo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Gagriel having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonides Acosta to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Juramento's Damaso Teyo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Acosta in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albino Gagriel saved Sarmiento from getting behind. If Eusebio Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonides Acosta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Albino Gagriel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonides Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Juramento got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Jobo. Leonides Acosta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Albino Gagriel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albino Gagriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Acosta in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Natalio Anaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonides Acosta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albino Gagriel having to make a save. Albino Gagriel made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Eusebio Jobo sent off a good shot on target. Juramento's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
