In the 7thth minute of the game Segundo Gaskon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ñoqueve FC's Luciano Bertin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amadeo Iratzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Luciano Bertin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Bemabe's late challenge caught a Arauco AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Bemabe helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ñoqueve FC's Flavio Bemabe got a free kick in the 13th minute. Marco Furman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute, Ñoqueve FC's Aristides Sol dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Enrique Vedillo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eustaquio Jerardo. Arauco AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eustaquio Jerardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Sol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustaquio Jerardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Sol in the 26th minute of play. When Niceto Diegotxe fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arauco AFC's protests and gave Niceto Diegotxe a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Arauco AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Niceto Diegotxe hit a great ball. Aristides Sol struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Eustaquio Jerardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ñoqueve FC. Segundo Gaskon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 37 minutes, Enrique Vedillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ñoqueve FC and the Arauco AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ñoqueve FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Arauco AFC. Victorio Delfino stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Luciano Bertin. 1-1. Marco Furman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Furman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Eustaquio Jerardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niceto Diegotxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ñoqueve FC's Luciano Bertin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Ñoqueve FC from getting a goal against them. If Segundo Gaskon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Berenguer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luciano Bertin came out and tried to block the shot, but Anselmo Berenguer slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 60th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Arauco AFC's zone, Marco Furman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Jerardo came out of the goal and Marco Furman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niceto Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Luciano Bertin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severo Joseph charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severo Joseph the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ñoqueve FC's Severo Joseph got a free kick in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Ñoqueve FC's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Diegotxe came free, but Luciano Bertin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Severo Joseph hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niceto Diegotxe might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luciano Bertin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niceto Diegotxe ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute Niceto Diegotxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Bertin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd play minute Segundo Gaskon came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Luciano Bertin. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Diegotxe in the 87th minute of play forced Ñoqueve FC's goalkeeper Luciano Bertin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eustaquio Jerardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Furman, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute of the match Cesar Fliz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustaquio Jerardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Ñoqueve FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Arauco AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Arauco AFC.
