Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Froilan Montae made the kick off and thus started the match. Sebastian Loi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Edgard Erramu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Erramu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Perfecto having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Nicanor Lico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caldao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aráoz the free kick. In the 12th minute, Nicanor Lico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute Edgard Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Perfecto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Loi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Perfecto having to interfere. Sebastian Loi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaspar Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Montae in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Caldao's zone, Sebastian Loi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Perfecto came out of the goal and Sebastian Loi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 played minutes Caldao got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Llorian. Edgard Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Edgard Erramu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Benigno Hats left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aráoz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Gaspar Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Montae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Loi made a kick off. Javier Perfecto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Loi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amador Gerazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Fernandes having to interfere. Sebastian Loi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Javier Perfecto managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Aráoz's Edgard Erramu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Caldao's Javier Perfecto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Loi in the 70th minute of play. Sebastian Loi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Perfecto having to interfere. After 76 minutes of play, Caldao's Amador Gerazan made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaspar Fernandes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicanor Lico was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 82nd minute, Nicanor Lico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amador Gerazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gaspar Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aráoz's Sebastian Loi got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 93 minutes, Sebastian Loi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aráoz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Loi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Caldao were victorious despite being under pressure from Aráoz for much of the match.
