Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Nereo Kauldi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Delmar Fonso. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Ernesto Txaran notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Batavia AFC's Delmar Fonso. Delmar Fonso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Delmar Fonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Txaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batavia AFC's Delmar Fonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Batavia AFC from getting a goal against them. When Batavia AFC's Albano Gergori in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye González's goalie prevented a goal. Gonzalo Llope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Gaur having to interfere. Delmar Fonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Txaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The supporters of González booed when Batavia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Tiniebra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Gustavo Pacorro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Fonso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gonzalo Llope struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Gervasio Gaur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batavia AFC. In the 35th minute, Albano Gergori ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Gaur was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Gonzalo Llope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Gaur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Llope, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Batavia AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Txaran came free, but Delmar Fonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The wind increased when Albano Gergori made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes González got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Pacorro. Ivan Errando charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Errando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Batavia AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ivan Errando hit a great ball. Gonzalo Llope recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 67 in the game by Gonzalo Llope from a close distance when the talented Gervasio Gaur managed to make a qualified save. González's players were relieved. After having played for 84 minutes, Albano Gergori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Batavia AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Gergori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernesto Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Delmar Fonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gonzalo Llope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. González were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Batavia AFC for a fine match.
