Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baldomero Manilan started the match with the kick off. If Jaime Gabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute, Claudio Osoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute of the match Denis Urdaspal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvio Aureo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Jaime Gabino came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Madariaga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Gabino couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Manilan in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Aureo saved Sanabria from getting behind. Baldomero Manilan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Sanabria's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Manilan came free, but Silvio Aureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Madariaga FC's Baldomero Manilan in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sanabria's Silvio Aureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Gabino in the 31st minute of play. When Madariaga FC's Baldomero Manilan in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sanabria's goalie prevented a goal. If Baldomero Manilan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38thth minute of the game Jaime Gabino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sanabria's Silvio Aureo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Adolfo Jago managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Sanabria's German Xacintu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eduardo Chorache to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee gave Madariaga FC a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Denis Urdaspal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sanabria's Silvio Aureo. 0-1. After 61 played minutes Sanabria got a freekick which was hit by German Xacintu. In the 62nd minute, Denis Urdaspal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sanabria's Silvio Aureo didn't even have to move. Filiberto Telesforo charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filiberto Telesforo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sanabria booed when Madariaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Telesforo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Gabino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Silvio Aureo made a huge save. When Baldomero Manilan came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Madariaga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Manilan couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Manilan in the 90th minute of play forced Sanabria's goalkeeper Silvio Aureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Gabino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Baldomero Manilan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Aureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very good chance. 99 minutes into the match, Sanabria's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Manilan came free, but Silvio Aureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Madariaga FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sanabria throughout the match.
