Severo Bento kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of Henderson FC booed when Perchel AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Ranolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Freddy Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Illan, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The audience was convinced that Ildefonso Goiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Panpili was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Epifanio Panpili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Goiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Celedonio Sugoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Ramirez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Maximiliano Ekhi fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Henderson FC's protests and gave Maximiliano Ekhi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Henderson FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Perchel AFC's Ildefonso Goiz managed to work through Henderson FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ildefonso Goiz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celedonio Sugoi was the one to do the kick off. Perchel AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Celedonio Sugoi 56 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Joel Jokin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perchel AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Jokin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Panpili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Goiz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Henderson FC's Epifanio Panpili. Epifanio Panpili was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Prospero Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanio Panpili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Goiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Antonio Ranolfo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Perchel AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Henderson FC. Edgardo Aritza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Freddy Ramirez. 1-3. In the 86th minute, Felipe Pirro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes Perchel AFC got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Pirro. After having played for 93 minutes, Prospero Matai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perchel AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Matai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Prospero Matai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chants of Henderson FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Perchel AFC had held the ball for most of the match.
