He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Perchel AFC reached it. Freddy Ramirez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denis Gomesano in the 7th minute. Ildefonso Goiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Elias Gurutz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huanchillas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Perchel AFC the free kick. In the 12th minute, Elias Gurutz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ildefonso Goiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Nofre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Roman Cayo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Ildefonso Goiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huanchillas AFC's Christian Nofre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ildefonso Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Ramirez having to interfere. Freddy Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Lopez in the 27th minute of play. Prospero Matai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 31 minutes into the game, Amado Abastas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huanchillas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Perchel AFC the free kick. Faustino Ticho walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 35th minute of the match Antonio Ranolfo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Nofre skillfully saved the ball. Roman Cayo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Huanchillas AFC's zone, Ildefonso Goiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Nofre came out of the goal and Ildefonso Goiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Perchel AFC's Freddy Ramirez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Lopez in the 42nd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Ildefonso Lopez made the kick off in the second half. When Felipe Pirro fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perchel AFC's protests and gave Felipe Pirro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Felipe Pirro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddy Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Gomesano, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The supporters of Huanchillas AFC booed when Perchel AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Pirro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denis Gomesano in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Ramirez saved Perchel AFC from getting behind. In the 58th minute, Benito Darien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Jokin hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Siro Fernendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ildefonso Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Freddy Ramirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Quinten during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Perchel AFC booed when Huanchillas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Quinten didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ildefonso Lopez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Freddy Ramirez was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ildefonso Lopez sped through Perchel AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Freddy Ramirez. After a defensive mix-up in Perchel AFC's zone, Denis Gomesano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Ramirez came out of the goal and Denis Gomesano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Ildefonso Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huanchillas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ildefonso Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddy Ramirez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roman Cayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Freddy Ramirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Freddy Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Gomesano, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Huanchillas AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Perchel AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
