In the 3rdth minute of the game Roberto Ekhi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lozada's Horacio Cresitobalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Astor Locaio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Desiderio Gonzalez made a huge save. 8 minutes into the match, Lozada's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Benitez came free, but Horacio Cresitobalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Ekhi scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horacio Cresitobalo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Astor Locaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roberto Ekhi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute Roberto Ekhi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Cresitobalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lozada's Horacio Cresitobalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Benitez in the 46th minute of play. Roberto Ekhi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horacio Cresitobalo having to make a save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lozada fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 50th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Cordobita a penalty, 51 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Esteve Ilixo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lozada's Horacio Cresitobalo. 0-3.

The wind increased when Benigno Faron made the kick off in the second half. Roberto Ekhi in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The supporters of Cordobita booed when Lozada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Quintin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santo Benitez might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horacio Cresitobalo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The tension between the Lozada and the Cordobita players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roberto Ekhi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enzo Txordon during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Esteve Ilixo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Horacio Cresitobalo. Lozada's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Lozada getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Dante Tonete hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Cordobita's Roberto Ekhi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horacio Cresitobalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 98 minutes, Santo Benitez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cordobita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santo Benitez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cordobita played a much better game than Lozada and deserved their victory. The Lozada players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
