Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Emilio Nuñez made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omar Loco during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Calera booed when Obraje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Loco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute of the match, Edgardo Elija got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ismael Mancio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Santo Cordarrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Ubendu, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calera's goalkeeper Santo Cordarrel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the game, Carolo Ubendu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Obraje's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calera the free kick. The supporters of Calera booed when Obraje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Ubendu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Elpidio Deunoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Obraje's Omar Loco got a free kick in the 41st minute. Ismael Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Nuñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carolo Ubendu to make the kick off. Carolo Ubendu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Santo Cordarrel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Deunoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santo Cordarrel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Obraje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Venerando to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Mancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Nazario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Deunoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Cordarrel having to interfere. A collision led to Calera getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Justino Nazario hit a great ball. Carolo Ubendu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Elpidio Deunoro came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Obraje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Deunoro couldn't finish the play. Obraje's Carolo Ubendu got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Obraje left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Calera.
