Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jeronimo Bertol got the match started through his kick off. Virgilio Curcio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Florencio Mundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Virgilio Curcio made a precise shot to the right of Florencio Mundo. Gálvez FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Florencio Mundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Virgilio Curcio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hernández AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Curcio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florencio Mundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gálvez FC's Florencio Mundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Modestio in the 19th minute of play. Gaspar Modestio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Mundo having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Gaspar Modestio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hernández AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Modestio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Virgilio Curcio struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Florencio Mundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hernández AFC. Danilo Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Ermano having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Jeronimo Bertol managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 41st minute of the match, Virgilio Curcio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Florencio Mundo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Hernández AFC booed when Gálvez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gaspar Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gaspar Modestio made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Hernández AFC's Primitivo Ermano got control of the ball when Danilo Romano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute, Gilberto Katia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Modestio in the 62nd minute of play forced Gálvez FC's goalkeeper Florencio Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Ermano made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Danilo Romano sent off a good shot on target. If Danilo Romano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Bertol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florencio Mundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaspar Modestio went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Jeronimo Bertol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Primitivo Ermano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hernández AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gálvez FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
